Replacement keys sent me a second key using the correct code at no cost as a goodwill gesture and it arrived the next day. If the box is unlocked, you will need to pull the lock core out and on that core there will be four characters, the first is an -A- and then it is followed by three numeric digits. The lock code determines the correct key for your lock and will be stamped on your key or the face of your lock if you have lost your keys.
